Thank you for the wonderful day you, the two Cindy's, your staff, bar tenders and the Haverhill Golf and Country Club planned and catered my daughter Laurie's and Mike's wedding.
Every guest had a great time and were especially impressed about how good the food was and service the whole club provided. Everyone left completely satisfied and told the two families that the will highly recommend the HCC for their functions.
Please thank the Club for allowing us to utilize the tent. It was a great addition.

It seems like the perfect time to say, "Thank you!" for a wonderful summer at Haverhill. You have done such a great job with the improvements we have seen over the past few years. All the way down to the cleanliness of the pool/bathrooms etc.. We also say the same about the staff. You have a great group of kids who are wonderful and have done a good job keeping watch over the pool all season long. The swim team was also well coached and we hope everyone is back again next year. We will still see you over the next few weeks, but wanted to get our 2 cents in before the season is over. Best Wishes to everyone for a great after pool season wherever everyone is off too!

25th MGA Mid-Amateur Championship at The Haverhill Country Club
Cindy and Shae,
As we have now all, hopefully, recovered from our event at Haverhill CC on Monday, I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you both once again for your truly outstanding efforts.
We could not have asked for a more perfect day. The weather of which none of us have total control was perfect. The golf course conditions were perfect (Thank you to the greens keeper and his staff). The accommodations were perfect, especially the deck where our guests enjoyed their barbeque lunch, and a few after dinner libations with a good cigar. The dinner of prime rib and stuffed shrimp, though a bit over sold, through no fault of anyone except the enticement to come and join a good time, was perfect. And of course the lounge and entertainment were (as you can expect) perfect.
All of this did not come without sacrifice. I know that both had to work with the confused, the unwilling, and the intolerable (that would be me and Chuck and our team) to make our day a success. And you have succeeded.
Again, thank you and the entire Haverhill CC staff for all that you did for us, and we hope to see you again next year…..or sooner!!!!!!

I am writing to inform you of the outstanding services that the Haverhill Country Club provides. Although I am not a member, I have attended numerous functions and events at Haverhill CC as a guest, evening function, and golf tournaments.
The facility, course, and amenities are extremely well maintained and clean. Every year I notice improvements that have been performed throughout the facility. In particular, your new deck/patio is obviously well planned and a reflection of the serious approach you take to pleasing your members and guests.
The quality of the food and event staff is consistently outstanding especially when provided within your functional facility for a group of 200 or more.
Your golf, function, and event staff are professional, polite, and courteous throughout the course of any event. Obviously, they are a reflection of your leadership and management personnel.
I look forward to attending many more functions at your club and the exceptional treatment that has become a standard at Haverhill Country Club.

I’m certain you, and Haverhill CC, receive numerous letters containing words of thanks and praise for hosting various events. Be assured that Hickory Shafts have written many such letters. However, in our case, none have been written with more heartfelt thanks.
From the time that our members arrived in your parking lot, and had their golf bag transferred to their golf cart, everything went smoothly. Jason Dufrense and his staff catered to our requests in a timely and efficient manner.
Finally, how could I forget to mention Cindy Griskevich, her cooperation, the quality of the food, and it’s presentation. Wonderful! Please accept my/our thanks for a wonderful day, and please convey our special thanks to your outstanding staff.

We are so happy we chose to have our wedding at The Haverhill Country Club. Everything was perfect and we have received so many compliments. The service, food, and presentation were perfect. You were always so easy to work with and we appreciate everything. The day of the wedding one girl was with us (I believe her name was Kristen) and she was amazing. I just wanted to write and thank you and your staff for the wonderful job that you did yesterday for my sister’s bridal shower. The service was great and the staff was so friendly. This was the 2nd time that I’ve hosted a function at the Haverhill Golf and Country Club and both times the service has been phenomenal. I can’t tell you how much that means to me. Everyone enjoyed the food and how lovely the room was decorated but I know from my own personal experience that it doesn’t matter how beautiful everything looks if the service is poor. Thank you for everything and for being so accommodating to any of my special requests. I hope the ladies enjoyed the cake that we left behind. It was yummy but I was not about to bring that home .

Everything went just the way we had imagined and even more than what we had imagined. I have been meaning to email you, but I have been so busy that I forgot. Anyways, I just wanted to once again say THANK YOU for all you did to help make Janna and Daniel’s wedding day an extremely memorable occasion. It went absolutely perfect and thank God the weather turned out the way it did. Everyone always has such wonderful things to say about you and your staff and all the work that goes on behind the scenes does not go unnoticed. You do an amazing job and I will always be forever grateful for everything.
Just a cute little story that I think you will appreciate. One of Janna’s bridesmaids got married last weekend in Newport, RI at a Wine Vineyard. In any event, Daniel called me at some point prior to the wedding starting to let me know that they didn’t have a person like “Cindy” there to ensure that everything went smoothly, so he was going to do his best to take care of everything! I thought that this was the cutest thing for him to say. I guess he must have done a good job, because at the end of the night, the bride’s mom got down on her knees to thank him for all he did. Don’t worry though- he won’t be going in to the function business anytime soon!
Take good care of yourself and maybe someday we will be guests there.

I just wanted to thank you again for such a WONDERFUL event this past Saturday. All of the work that you and your staff put in was SO appreciated. The food was amazing, the set up was GREAT, and everyone is just raving about the entire night. Wow – Our Annual Boy Scout Classic golf tournament was superb. You and your entire staff are to be thanked and commended for a job well done. All the comments I heard from our golfers were extremely positive. Comments like: What a great course and it is in perfect condition. This is one of the best courses I have seen in the entire area. Book this course for next year today. The food was fabulous. I will be back next year for sure!
Thank you to Gary & Matt in the pro shop for taking care of all the scoring, putting up the signs, making up the cart signs and dealing with all the handicaps and scorecards. Thank you to Cindy for all her help making sure the catering was done as planned.
Please feel free to use my name as a reference for anyone thinking of holding a tournament at the Haverhill Country Club. I will be honest in my evaluation which would be two words: “The Best”.
